They sent an item that was not as described. It was not even the same brand as advertised. I’ve returned the item for them to now ignore me and not issuing me a refund. It’s been 5 days since the item was delivered back to them and I should have gotten my refund 3 days ago.

Excellent product, excellent quality!

The keyboard works perfectly, only has (as expected) a small scratch on the top corner, which is not noticeable. Switching between devices is very easy and typing is very good.

It's what I wanted, I just didn't realise that the keyboard came in English, which is a bit of a mess, but it has nothing to do with your service, which was good and quick. If you have any suggestions on where I can find Portuguese keyboard stickers in white, I'd be grateful.

I'm not a gamer, but I wanted a backlit keyboard, preferably from Logitech (knowing the brand). - Contrary to the claims of various sites, including YouTube, there is no Fn key. - The piece of paper pompously entitled 'instructions for use' by the manufacturer is a farce. We all know how to insert a USB connector on a PC! On the other hand, they would have been well advised to include a real programming guide for the function keys, which aren't obvious at first glance. Otherwise... a really nice keyboard, in matt black (so no annoying reflections). The backlit keys are exactly what I wanted (I set them to 'fixed', which is really nice). I have no regrets about my choice of keyboard, apart from, I repeat, the lack of a proper instruction manual. And I'm not relying on the manufacturer's website, which is no help. On the other hand, the packaging was perfect - I thought I'd received a brand new keyboard! Well done to your packager! You can tell they mean business! Thanks in any case!

The keyboard is very good and I like it. I would recommend it at any time. I also recommend buying it from Back Market.
