Arrived on time and as described, bought ‘fair’ so expected it to have taken a beating. Pleasantly surprised! In nearly new condition, the tiniest of marks on the bezel at the bottom of the screen, looks like someone closed the lid on a ringbound notepad while coming back from a meeting. Very happy, robust high performing laptop. Battery lasts well too!

Good product, came in it’s original box in good condition, good ips and colour definition, 60 hz limited but you get what you pay for, otherwise great product for casual gaming, programming or just watching YouTube.

First time using Back Market. I was dubious on purchase of a refurbished machine, especially one in fair condition. On delivery I thought my reservations were right, with the mouse pad not working, however this soon fixed itself and out it down to being recently refurbished. The machine itself is great, runs very quick and battery seems to be ok at the moment. One recommendation is to go on to Lenovos website and check for any driver downloads as mine needed 5! Would definitely consider using purchasing again and hopefully this will see my son through university.

It arrived a day later than advertised, but I'm very happy with my purchase. I agree that 'Good' condition is an accurate description (some areas of wear, and slight marks on the lid, but certainly in line with my expectation). Windows 11 was pre-installed which was helpful. Overall, I'm pleased and I would certainly recommend a second hand, refurbished device from Back Market.

I'll be honest here, I bought this in a slightly less than sober state, but I'm SO glad that I did. As a connoisseur of older laptops, I knew what I was getting. For £99 you absolutely cannot go wrong. It's DDR4 and I had some extra memory knocking about so now it's 16Gb rather than the single channel (my only gripe) 8Gb. Also upgraded the SSD to 500Gb although, the original worked completely fine but I wasn't interested in Chrome OS. Now it dual boots Windows 11 and Linux Mint. As for the condition. I bought a "fair" condition unit, although I'm going to give it "good" status due to only a few scuffs on the outer shell of you really look for them! Opening up this solid laptop does require both hands as it's so well built (thanks for carrying on the tradition from IBM, Lenovo!) The keyboard is sublime for a laptop this age, with hardly any flex to the chassis at all. Everything checks out as genuine and functional, even down to the fact that when I opened it up to upgrade with spares I had... It was so CLEAN inside, even the fan looked factory fresh which is always a worry when buying old laptops. I didn't have to worry. Delivery stated that I'd get this in around 6 days. Nope. Ordered one evening, was sent the next day, day after that it was in my grasp in the morning. All with full tracking. So my synopsis is... I got an absolute bargain and I will use it often when out and about. The size of the 14" screen that I thought would bother me (720p max) does not at all after using 15.6" laptops for years. This is a very capable, amazingly priced, properly looked after and refurbished item and would recommend it to anyone.

Bought for my son to do his schooling and needless to say, I'm a little jealous! P51 packing some power, it's a wonder why windows 11 isn't compatible with the processor (it is and running perfectly! *wink* *wink*) For a refurbished laptop in "fair" condition... I thought it brand new if it weren't for barely noticing the slight wear marks on the shell perimeter. Absolutely impeccable condition and fully functional. BackMarket service amazing, I have already purchased another device, also perfect. I am very likely to buy again!

A great quality laptop, exactly as described. Much better value than buying brand new and yet it looks, behaves and feels brand new!
