I was a little nervous about getting a reconditioned phone, but I’m so glad I did. It’s in amazing quality, so happy with it. Battery is 100% only been charged once. It’s basically brand new. Definitely will be using Back market again.

I just recently ordered an IPhone 16 Pro Max in Premium condition and wow I feel like I’ve won the lottery battery health is 100% with 0 cycles the phone was manufactured in April 2025 and I was the first user I am seriously happy I have basically gotten a brand new phone for £250 less seriously cannot thank you guys enough also I would like to mention I previously purchased an IPhone 13 Pro Max in good condition which could have easily passed for excellent I couldn’t recommend back market enough thanks guys

Never used backmartet before so was slightly nervous about my order, I shouldn't have been phone arrived in perfect condition, genuine screen and battery at 100 percent and still with apple warranty on it. Very happy overall 🌟

The phone is like brand new,100% battery and even half the manufacturer warranty left on it, really need to sort out why I’m getting twice as many additional adds, even after I block the sender. My third purchase from you guys and never had a problem but this time you’ve done better than ever.

Expected to see some kind of wear but the phone came looking brand new. Battery is unused and brand new despite me not requesting that. Screen, back, and sides look untouched. Couldn’t recommend back market enough

Everything was great. I didn’t k ow what to expect as I’d never heard of them or anyone who used them before. I took a chance & it all paid off. I’ve told people about my purchase & how it went. I can’t fault the process. The return packaging for my trade in phone was a bit pants, so I used the box my new iPhone came in to return as it was better packing & had a return self adhesive strip on it anyway! My new phone was as described and I’m loving it. Also as I was honest about my trade in, they have also not adjusted my trade in price offer, so it’s all good.
