    I could not be more pleased with my purchase. Once I had settled on the phone I wanted and looked at the trade in price for my phone the process of purchase was very easy. It was ordered at 11:00am and delivered 10:30am the following day. I would say it was in new condition. Once I was satisfied all my data had transferred to my new phone, I did a factory reset on my old phone. I packed it up put on the preprinted label and took it to my local Post Office. I was notified when it was received, when it was being checked over and when the money was transferred to my bank, this process took about a week. This is my 3 purchase from Back Market and will not hesitate to order again for my next upgrade.

    The phone is beautiful, in great condition. The only problem is I expected the battery to last at least a day as it said battery for 'daily use' but I am having to charge the phone halfway through the day and I use my phone on average 3-4hrs over an entire day so this is quite disappointing.
