So I got this for my friend, three weeks after I got mine. Exact same model and condition, it looks as new as mine did. No complaints at all. This is my 4th purchase from back market in 3 months and all my devices are literally soooo good. I’d always choose refurbished over new tech tbh

This is the second iPad I’ve bought through Backmarket, one for me and another for my partner and I’ve been delighted with both. It’s totally transparent in terms of describing the condition of goods and there are no nasty surprises with the pricing. Delivery is prompt and, so far, both items have worked perfectly. Absolutely fantastic! I was so sceptical ordering as I have only ever brought new apple products! However after my son broke his 8 month old iPad, a refurbished one seemed like a good option. The iPad arrived 2 days after purchasing. In a box with a charger. The charger works great. The iPad has a few marks. But it’s what you expect from a used product. Nothing major. Little dents and scratches. However the iPad lives in a case. So these aren’t noticeable. I picked the “fair” used option and I’m over joyed with the product I received. The battery life is also great and the iPad works perfectly for my son’s needs! I would order from here again and recommend to everyone!

Happy with purchase delivery was delay by one day but they updated me. I brought in good condition it was very good condition. only little scratch on back that was expected for refurbished product it the 3rd time I brought from back market including ps4 ,iPhone 12 pro max and this iPad 7 gen 2019 will defo purchase more stuff in the future 😊

Arrived quickly! I got the fair condition and the scratches are minuscule, almost undetectable. Works like a new iPad. I bought my iPhone 13 Pro from here 2 years ago and it’s still in great condition. Always buy second hand, much cheaper and just as good!

Not a bad buy at all. I was very skeptical about buying a refurbished item as i’m team brand new. However decided to take the plunge as i know i only really need the ipad to read in bed when i wake up early or late into the night. The ipad itself looks good with just a few negligible small scratches you’lld barely notice. Screen is fine, picture quality also fine. The battery does take some time to charge but also the battery doesn’t run out when left idle, i did test this out for a week and so far it’s been all very good performance. Comes nicely packaged with a new cable and adapter. I was also sure to read the reviews of the seller before making the purchase. Overall a good buy for me.

My new iPad is perfect, wasn't too sure about getting a reconditioned one but will certainly be using your service again. It looks new and for me is such a relief not to have to pay a fortune for new one!
