Wasn't to sure at first but i have to say very happy when the phone arrived just as good as a new one full marks to Back Market quick response and delivery Great very well packaged I'm finding the battery runs out ferley very quiet

The order process was smooth, the phone arrived on time in good condition. The only downside is the battery. The battery health is 30% and the phone does not hold a charge even when off. However, it is fine when plugged in.

I have been using this phone for a while now and I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the service. I was a bit disappointed not to be able to find any accessory such as a case or protective film for this model which apparently was not sold much in France, which explains why the reconditioner is German. Autonomy is a bit short, a bit more than a day, but this is normal considering the capacity of the battery and its characteristics.

The phone is in perfect condition, as expected. Delivery time ok. The updates were difficult to do (network quality, age of the phone?). To be continued.

Hello. The phone works very well, except for the battery which discharges excessively quickly. With no use, and no app in the background, the phone's charge struggles to keep up all day.

The quality of the product is very good. You pay a little more for the excellent condition, but it is true that it is spotless.

Google Pixel 1 acheté suite à un problème de batterie sur mon précédent Pixel (SAV très, très bien traité par BackMarket), je ne regrette pas ce nouvel achat sur le site. Produit que l'on pourrait croire neuf!

Hello, I've just opened the packaging and found a lot of cracks on the back of the smartphone! What's more, I can't make or receive any calls at all! My Play Store doesn't work either, I can't download anything! I request a refund or a replacement of the phone. Thank you for your help. All the best, Natalia Cotelle

very good phone although it has its time but it goes great the delivery was fast.love it.
