This is the fourth phone I have obtained through Back Market. once again, I am not disappointed. everything is in good working order. Just one little complaint. The cable sent was not a charging cable for this pbone.

Ordered a Galaxy Fold 4 in 'Fair' condition from Meelie Mobile on 18th of December and arrived next day mid-afternoon. Apart from a few micro scratches and bleam on the cover screen (both which are only really visible from bright indoor lighting and not visible when the screen is on) and a few minor marks on the body, the device was in solid condition; the inside folding screen is pristine. No problems whatsoever Overall a very good deal and would be from this store again.

Very happy, phone look good as new. Gift for my wife, she couldn't differentiate it from brand new. Battery life excellence. 40% after long day use.

Product was as advertised. High quality product (I had chosen for the Premium grade) and very prompt delivery. I have been using this for a couple of weeks and the battery life is very good as of now (it does not give me the feeling of using a refurbished phone). Very happy and will definitely continue to consider in future for electronic products.

Very happy with phone and with the purchasing experience - phone delivered next day. Phone described as excellent, but It seems like brand new - even had original protective plastic film still on some parts. It functions as new also! 3rd time (or maybe 4th) I've bought a "used" phone from Back Market, and it won't be the last. There is no competitor for quality and service!

The condition is only "Fair" but I'm well impressed. Maybe the fold down the middle is a little more prominent than brand new, but apart from that it looks, feels and works really well. Next phone is definitely coming from Back Market.

The phone is in amazing condition, not a mark on it and this was just the Good condition! Plus i was upgrades to the next storage size for free. I have purchased several items from Back Market and as always the items have been top class.

I've always wanted a z fold ,but could never afford one ,being bought out right or contract. I saw this z fold 4 for £400 in fair condition and was hesitant about buying it as only in fair condition ,i read other reviews and they persuaded me to take a plunge!!!!! GLAD i did ,the phone is immaculate ,take the plunge yourself

First time using back market & bought a fair condition samsung fold 4.Thought it would be OK maybe a few marks on it but dam it was in top condition & for £400 compared to the new whatever the astronomical price is for the latest device is,very happy with my purchase. Hope not to be back too soon for another phone but will buy again.😁
