Easy to use website, lots of choice. Extremely happy with my new refurbished phone, my second one with Backmarket,unfortunately the first refurbished phone I had wouldn't keep its charge,hence this new one.

Phone physically in perfect condition, looks amazing. Software is a little iffy though, it periodically crashes and restarts and sometimes I'm not doing anything so I think it is unlikely user caused (I have left the phone on, not in an app on a desk and it has crashed) I also owned this exact model previously and I never had this issue with one I bought brand new.

The M31 phone was delivered quicker than I expected and looks brand new, One problem is that it is set up for India so needs to be changed. I was unablle to copy tht data from my old phone to the M31 using Smart SSwitch as I kept getting the message they weren't connecting wirelessly so I've ordered a USB-C to USB-C connetor. This didn't work either so I copied the data from my old phone via a datacard. Thought the M31 phone loks and works well there was no instruction leaflet as you would get with a new phone. In fact no documentation was provided at all.

Back market is the best 👌. My order exceeded my expectations. I ordered good quality, but the phone was brand spanking new with no scratches or marks.

Excellent battery life. Decent camera. Very satisfied with this phone, mainly because of the battery, usually lasts two full days.

All going well so far. The battery seems to be holding its charge as extpected. ASk me again in 6 months.

All good the 'good' status reflects the actual aesthetics so it's not exactly perfect but it works great. and even the battery allows some breathing space compared to the S10 which leaves something to be desired.

A device that "fulfils" my wish of not having a "tablet" in my pocket. Very satisfactory condition even with this correct mention. Really prompt delivery (less than 24 hours!) even though this option was not ticked. Second device ordered from you and still satisfied.

1A quality, the condition "very good" is like "new" for me, no scratches, nothing! And the shipping, there was a turbo! Ordered on Saturday, handed over to FedEX in Tallinn / Estonia on Monday at 2 pm and delivered today, Tuesday at 12:40 pm, i.e. in less than 24 hours! A remarkable achievement! I will certainly be ordering my next smartphone from Back Market again!

This is my 2nd experience with Back Market, delivery ahead of schedule! Getting it up and running went very well. The only downside was that I hadn't thought to order the appropriate protection and I had a lot of trouble finding it!
