Coming from someone who has never bought a phone second hand, I decided to upgrade from my Samsung S21 to IPhone 15 Pro Max and I’m not going to buy a new phone again. The phone I bought with “good” quality, battery is 86% health but with no scratches, dents or ANY faults, absolutely perfect. I would suggest just researching who the refurbish company is that does the phone and if they’re good or not. Worth it.

Perfect service When you are needing a new phone this is the app/website I recommend, please don’t faff about with used phones from Facebook marketplace etc that may come with a nasty suprise such as iCloud activation locks, marked as stolen/lost or blacklist for unpaid contract, this company knows what they are doing partnering with some of the biggest phone refurbishing companies to bring the best quality and value for money phones as possible, I bought a fair example iPhone 15 pro and I was pleased to find out that it came with an almost perfect battery with 94% battery health. Okay being honest… is brand new , not just looking brand new but 100% battery health + there was no replacement I checked everything this phone is probably not even refurbished because serial number is doesn’t start with F or H! I’m impressed and I got good quality so it’s not even the best ! Recommend it

phone is great, got in excellent condition, looked brand new no scuffs or scratches to indicate otherwise. only issue I had was how it was shipped. it was in a large box with use a little sleeve of bubble wrap on the phone and a loose piece of bubble wrap but would've been knocking around in the box. I didn't eexpect it to be new in origin box or anything but a bit of padding wouldnt have gone amiss. goes to show that these phones are stronger than they use to be but just felt like an unnecessary risk. overall happy with the phone. it's fun having a stylis again! it's my first refurbished phones. I won't lie i was skeptical but I have no complaints with the phone :)

When I choose the “fai” option, I guess I was just hoping it would have a few scratch here and there, but when it came!!!! Omg it looks so clean, no scratch, not broken screen, battery life was very good, definitely in good condition. Love it

Phone was in immaculate condition. As promised the screen is 100% clean and free of scratches. However, even more amazing, the body is immaculate too. The back panel is totally free of marks. The only signs of use are slight fingerprinting marks on the sides and two tiny white specks on the bottom edge. As I keep the phone in a case, I will never see these again. But honestly, the phone was in immaculate condition - considering it was listed only as Good.
