I ordered the Samsung s20 fe 5g in excellent condition. It arrived after a few days which was great and it was on a deal. The phone arrived and was in great condition. I didn't see any signs of wear and tear and it appeared to work fine. That was until I put the SIM card in and it didn't detect it. I took it to a local store to try a different SIM card and that didn't work. I sent the phone back and they received it and instantly said it was not able to be repaired or exchanged so they giving me full refund. Not the best experience in regards to this site as it's first time I've used it but will give them another go as they use different sellers.

Although ordered a few weeks ago as a birthday gift, it was finally given this week. Absolutely brilliant, looks brand new. Was very well packaged and delivery was very prompt Receiver of it was blown away and totally thrilled Will be ordering again from here Thank you

Bought a refurbished Samsung SE 20 5G cloud navy for my son's 13 th birthday recently and it is bang tidy, mint condition, my son was very very happy with it. Arrived before the time it said, came in a small bog standard box with charger lead and small pin, my son wasn't bothered that it didn't have an original box with it, I put it wrapped in a gift box. The only pain in the butt was setting everything up on the phone for my son but apart from that it works fantastic,he's using the phone like a pro, in the future I will buy a refurbished phone from this company again, excellent service all round, definitely recommend.

I purchased 2 Galaxy S20 FE 5G both look like new could not find a mark on either one both work perfectly fine. Only problem they are not supplied with a charger, not a big deal as fast chargers are readily available on certain web sites.
