The description of the condition was ‘very good’ and I can state that it was exactly that with only a minuscule scratch near the edge of the screen. I am very happy with the phone & service that I received and would definitely use Back Market again. Highly recommended

I ordered the Samsung s20 fe 5g in excellent condition. It arrived after a few days which was great and it was on a deal. The phone arrived and was in great condition. I didn't see any signs of wear and tear and it appeared to work fine. That was until I put the SIM card in and it didn't detect it. I took it to a local store to try a different SIM card and that didn't work. I sent the phone back and they received it and instantly said it was not able to be repaired or exchanged so they giving me full refund. Not the best experience in regards to this site as it's first time I've used it but will give them another go as they use different sellers.

I purchased 2 Galaxy S20 FE 5G both look like new could not find a mark on either one both work perfectly fine. Only problem they are not supplied with a charger, not a big deal as fast chargers are readily available on certain web sites.
