I would also recommend the Htlhpxx case from Amazon - it's a perfect fit and really feels and looks incredible. Well done Backmarket.

3.5/5I've purchased two refurbished Samsung phones from Back Market over the last few years, and on both occasions the ordering process, delivery and overall customer service have been excellent. Unfortunately, my latest purchase, a refurbished Samsung S23 Ultra, has been a real disappointment. I upgraded from a Samsung S21 Ultra expecting noticeably better battery performance, but the new phone barely lasts as long as the one it replaced, often struggling to make it to 5pm on a normal working day. As a Type 1 diabetic, I rely on my phone continuously to monitor my glucose levels, so battery life isn't just a convenience—it's essential. What makes matters more frustrating is that the only option appears to be returning the phone for assessment, leaving me without a device that I depend on for managing my health. The buying experience was excellent, but the quality of the device and the practicalities of resolving the issue have left me disappointed. Until this is resolved, I can't justify rating the experience any higher than two stars.
