The item arrived with in the allotted time period, but there was problems with it. Before I mention them I would like to say that Backmarket was shift to address the issues and arrange a replacement or refund. I could only make calls using a set of USB c head phones as no sound was heard from the speakers and on audio input with the built in Mike. I am waiting for conformation of a replacement unit which at the moment is being dealt with swiftly.

Perfect for my needs. I loved the S20FE for its functionality and versatility in terms of SD card slot and battery life, and didn't want the newest phone so I opted for the "upgrade" and the S20 Ultra is faultless to a T. I especially love how the resolution is crystal clear and the 12GB ram!? I am a heavy user and this phone is perfect.
