Lets be honest, as a student getting by on a decade old laptop for several years, this MacBook is such an upgrade from the windows 10. Great experience, cannot fault it. I was nervous about ordering because I’ve never used Back Market and worried about problems/returns etc but my laptop arrived in perfect condition, it was just as described, I could track it at every single stage of its delivery (and that was helpful as it arrived 2 days before the estimated delivery date). Its easy to order from the website. I can’t comment on customer service because I haven’t needed to use them. I did a factory reset when the laptop arrived and reinstalled the operating system. So far, so good.
