Superservice of BackMarket and the seller. It was not an entirely straightforward transaction, but it is in difficulties that champions come out. The product was listed as being in 'Excellent' condition. Although it worked perfectly and had no technical problems, it had a few scratches which prompted me to point this out. They offered me a partial refund, a full refund or the replacement of the product with another one. I chose the partial refund that seemed adequate and they paid it to me in a very short time. All with the utmost speed and courtesy. I am satisfied with the experience.

The only thing that had to be adapted was the connection to the monitor via a DP-KVM. A functioning cable was needed here. The housing has a few signs of use. I wonder how they could have come about. But all in all, this is a powerful Intel box. Many thanks & LG Bernd

The Mac runs relatively smoothly, but it also makes quite a lot of noise from the ventilation. Nothing else to say Satisfied with my purchase 👍🏽

Ladies and Gentlemen yes, the mac mini has arrived - technically flawless. but the case is scratched on the front edges (probably rack installation). when the room lighting is switched on, there is a small scratch in the eye. this does not necessarily correlate with the condition description "good" with kind regards and awaiting your reply björn rohrmann

Device was not in the condition as described (overall condition was not "very good" even from a visual standpoint). In addition, the device does not seem to be refurbished / tested as it had problems with display and random crashes from the get go. Further investigation revealed corrupted RAM with hundreds of errors. Not recommended ... but at least the refund worked.
