    Didn't want to spend £100s on a replacement mini iPad for my daughter so got a reconditioned one. Very happy with it. The smashed one still functioned so we were able to transfer everything and she's delighted with it. I spent the extra to get a 'good' condition and, apart from a small dink, it's perfect.

    TLDR: Extremely pleased. Apart from marks on back case, very clean. Battery around 95%+. VFM. Especially considering 4G and 256GB storage. iPad mini arrived a day earlier than expected. The condition I chose when ordering was "Good", which covers a multitude of sins. However, the only scratches or marks on the case and glass, were a few gouges on the back near the logo. Apart from that it's excellent. Started it, imported stuff and got it set up. Upgraded to latest iPadOS 18.2 and was on my way. I've had good use out of it for over a week and it has worked problem free. Battery life is exceptional for a 2019 piece of technology. I can't find fault. As for Back Market's annoying experience-ometer... Nothing is awesome (please!). Pretty Good = Very Good.

    The Ipad Mini arrived not in a box, but well padded jiffy bag. The Ipad was in very good condition, with only a few faint scratches to the screen (barely noticeable, and do not distract at all). The only small problem is the glass that had been replaced was not natural to the iPad button being too high for the button. But it is good quality refurbished. Worth the price despite the glass.
