My wife loves it. The old iPad mini 2ng gen was starting to show its age, bought from new it has been amazing. The new IPad mini is amazing. Not the first piece of tech I have bought from Back Market so it’s 5 stars from me.

Response was unbelievably fast, within 24 hours of ordering, and the goods were well packaged and in excellent order. They included charging cable and plug as promised. The recipient is using it continually and seems happy with it as a replacement of his previous mini iPad

TLDR: Extremely pleased. Apart from marks on back case, very clean. Battery around 95%+. VFM. Especially considering 4G and 256GB storage. iPad mini arrived a day earlier than expected. The condition I chose when ordering was "Good", which covers a multitude of sins. However, the only scratches or marks on the case and glass, were a few gouges on the back near the logo. Apart from that it's excellent. Started it, imported stuff and got it set up. Upgraded to latest iPadOS 18.2 and was on my way. I've had good use out of it for over a week and it has worked problem free. Battery life is exceptional for a 2019 piece of technology. I can't find fault. As for Back Market's annoying experience-ometer... Nothing is awesome (please!). Pretty Good = Very Good.

Hi, I only use my iPad very periodically, and have now only just noticed a large scratch and two smaller scratches on the screen. I realise I have had the iPad for a few months, but am concerned should I wish to sell on in the future, that these scratches could affect the value. Thanks

Great for what I need, great condition and decent battery health. Didn’t need anything top spec, just something to take with me while I travel to watch movies and tv on. Better than paying full price for the latest model

The delivery was incredibly quick, just 24 hours after placing the order! The only downside was that the iPad was a different colour to the one requested. The box said the one I’d ordered but inside was different. Not the greatest problem as it was in really good condition, works perfectly and will spends its life in a cover. But if the colour is important, best to check! Apart from that, very happy with the purchase
