What can I say? The iPad Mini is great and the service was exceptional. As I recall, it arrived the day after I ordered it. I paid a little more for the best condition, and it looks new. Works a treat and it's just what I was after. Full marks. I'll be back!

I was actually amazed at the condition of the iPad mini 6 I purchased. I assumed it would have some slightly marks or wear and tear but it looked like it had been taken straight out of the box. I’d definitely buy from this site again.

Customer service response from Back Market was very quick when I queried the item delivery delay (due to the Royal Mail Christmas service). The parcel was well-packaged with bubble wrap and the iPad Mini 6 was in its original box along with a charger, USB C cable and Apple leaflet. The iPad itself is in absolutely mint condition with no scratches or dents to the screen or casing. I’m unable to check the battery health percentage as it’s an iPad but can confirm that the battery holds its charge for around 3-4 days with average use which is excellent. Overall, I am extremely happy with my iPad and would definitely recommend the seller to family and friends.

This was delivered in good time, the refurbished product is as good as new, it looks great and it works fine with decent battery life, as per new. Honestly no complaints and it baffles me why you'd need to buy new kit with services as good as this! Thanks Back market!

Didn't want to spend £100s on a replacement mini iPad for my daughter so got a reconditioned one. Very happy with it. The smashed one still functioned so we were able to transfer everything and she's delighted with it. I spent the extra to get a 'good' condition and, apart from a small dink, it's perfect.

Bought an iPad mini 6 for my partner for his bday. He absolutely loves it. Looks brand new to me. Wasn't a single scratch or mark on it. Due to it being refurbished it also meant for the price I could get a significantly higher memory capacity than if I bought new so really happy. He loves it. I'll be buying my next phone from here. Good service, fast delivery, great product.

I was a little concerned about buying a reconditioned Ipad, but it is absolutely great. The condition is almost unused,I don't know how they rated it just as "Good". I will certainly be using Back Market in the future.

My wife loves it. The old iPad mini 2ng gen was starting to show its age, bought from new it has been amazing. The new IPad mini is amazing. Not the first piece of tech I have bought from Back Market so it’s 5 stars from me.

Really quick delivery, good contact through emails re the order arrival. I just wish I could actually mail them as I has a question that was not able to be fully answered through their help boxes on my orders. At 71 I would prefer to speak to a person. A good website though with a lot of choice re models and choice of goods. Also like that they offer money for old devices. Saves landfill and makes use of old ones. I will definitely use them again.
