4.9/5Delighted with my iPad mini 4 - its quality and performance. My only disappointment was to discover that iOS could not be updated beyond 15.8.4. Some of the apps I wanted to install required iOS 16 or above. But I am finding work-arounds and identifying instances where having the iPad really fills in a gap. Good value for money!

4.5/5No problem with Back Market nor the product, it was the delivery. Although I was at home at DPD's stated delivery time, nothing arrived. I then received an email from DPD stating that the package had been left at No. 3 with Adrea. No. 3 next door is Dennis, who was out at work all day. The package had been left with Andrew at 3 Magnolia Way, not Heather Close where I live. Happily Andrew is honest and walked round to Heather Close with my parcel. Not impressed with DPD. Wrong house, wrong street!

3.9/5iPad arrived in perfect conditions, I needed this for work and I couldn’t be happier it arrived on time. I started set it up and once on the homepage it started to download apps I didn’t choose. I went in setting and find out the iPad is completely controlled and supervised by a school in London and I cannot do anything with my ipad. There are so many restrictions on it and impossible to detach the school profile as it is encrypt to their school computer and cannot connect it to mine. Very disappointed I will have to ask for refund 😡😡
