Fast delivery next day, few scratches but am very happy with my product works perfectly a little slow but perfect for college, also came with a charger which I wasn’t expecting 🤗 thank you very much

Terrible service, received faulty item then had to send it back to be repaired. The iPad wasn’t even cleared from the previous owner. The seller then lied about sending the iPad back to me and gave a different tracking number. They then said it wasn’t shipped and finally after two weeks (a month in total) I received a notification saying refund. Shocking service, I will never use them again. Was ready to buy 2 more iPads and 3 new phones. Best to stick to IOutlet, envirofone or music magpie. You pay a little more but get better service and serviceable equipment.

Purchased "excellent" condition 2015 iPad Mini from reseller Click2Go. It arrived with a fake/replacement screen on it that sat a few mm's proud of the aluminium casing and was visibly different from my original iPad (which has original screen still). iPad was also covered in marks on the aluminium casing. Very disappointing. Thankfully I have been refunded but the ordeal has been a large waste of my time and it's a shame that some other people no doubt will be fooled by these sort of tactics. Would not purchase via this Reseller again.

iPad arrived damaged at the end of July and I am still waiting for my refund, customer services is now ignoring my messages. Really poor customer service.
