It also has 64GB to 256GB of storage capacity, compared to 128GB to 512GB for the iPhone 12 Pro, and a lower price tag. As for the screen, it is less imposing than the iPhone 12 Pro. However, it's very pleasant to use and has a resolution of 2,340 × 1,080 px, which means it offers a sharper display than the iPhone 12 Pro. This smartphone also has a dual 12MP rear camera with ultra-wide angle.

iPhone 12 Pro, a high-end smartphone

With its 6.1-inch OLED screen (compared to 5.4 inches for the iPhone 12 mini), this iPhone is a high-end smartphone. All the more so as it stands out in terms of photography. Its triple sensor of 12 Mpx with Ultra wide-angle (the iPhone 12 mini has only 2 sensors) has a LIDAR sensor which offers an excellent understanding of the scene and allows to benefit from the most adapted adjustments. A 12MP telephoto lens is also included. It has a 4× optical zoom and an aperture of f/2.0. This iPhone is more expensive than the mini as a result.

Both iPhone 12 models are equipped with the A14 Bionic chip. It's the size of the smartphone you want that makes the difference. If you're looking for a compact device, the iPhone 12 mini is for you. If, on the other hand, you prefer a large screen for viewing photos and videos and better photo performance, choose the iPhone 12 Pro with its LIDAR sensor.
