    The Samsung glitches wih apps ope ing and closing, screen not always functioning and battery doesn't have the best life. Although you can return it its a pain as meant to take photos of proof and condition which is challenging when the only phone you have is on the phone!

    Delivery was speedy. However, faults with the product are seemingly endless. I paid more for an “excellent” condition phone - however that is the opposite of what arrived. I received a the phone in bubble wrap with a fake charger. Once the phone was switched on the screen was completely unresponsive. Managed to somewhat resolve this issue by undergoing a hard reset having googled a solution. Screen is still not responsive in the top right corner making closing tabs etc very hard. The screen itself is halfway out at all times and I am able to push it back in but it immediately comes out again. The battery us not a genuine Apple part so am not able to see the battery capacity etc. I am assuming a new battery has been put into the device as the device is a lot heavier than what an iPhone 11 should be. Battery life seems to be quite good however it sticks at 100% and then just switches off so I am unable to see how much charge is in the device at any given time. I have had the phone a day and three times the phone has locked itself due to incorrect Passcodes and has pressed buttons itself without be touching the screen . I would appreciate if BackMarket would be able to resolve or compensate for the aforementioned issues of the ‘excellent’ condition iPhone I ordered. This has been my first time buying a refurbished iPhone - having seen good reviews online I was surprised to have encountered so many problems.

    bought an 21 ultra and it arrived with a faulty sensor, sent for repair or replacement and recieved another phone in a reasonable time but it had the exact same issue with the addition of a broken back, refund processed fast by black market but I would never buy from the supplier again

    Purchased galaxy s21+ in supposedly excellent condition. They don't appear to check the cameras thoroughly and there was a small scratch (very visible in photos taken towards light source). Sent back for a lens replacement, took a few days, just received it back and it hasn't been repaired at all. Have now purchased 2 phones I believe from Fonegiant, both of which have had scratches on the camera, won't be ordering again and will be taking this phone to a local repair shop to have it fixed properly.

    I'm disappointed with the item as I ordered 'Excellent' condition, that promises battery over 80% and an immaculate condition. However, the battery is 79%, which I know is only 1% but you can't promise over 80% and then sell me a phone that is below that. Also, although the body is pretty good in terms of its condition, one of the camera rings at the back is far from immaculate. I'm not sure if it's dirt or discolourisation but immaculate it's not. As you know, setting up and then having to erase a phone is very inconvenient so returning is not an easy decision. But I am quite disappointed with the product and given I paid for the top tier I expected a top tier product. So I am going to have to return it and I'm now nervous ordering from Back Market again. My husband paid similar money and the phone he got was a lot better. With battery close to 90% and no scratches or marks anywhere. This inconsistencies make it hard to trust the brand.

    Phone came in great condition, almost like a new phone. Battery life 85% for a 2 year old phone, so not great but not too bad. Came with a charging cable, but it wasn’t an Apple Original cable. Also no box, just wrapped in bubble wrap. No issues so far with functioning of the phone, so I’m happy.

    I was so excited to receive this order, it was working ok, but on the 5-6 days i went to another country and then I found out the battery life is low - 82 procent, it was NOT 100 when I chose the best quality ... Anyway I pass the 30 days to return it, and before 3 weeks the problems started ... device starts not to charge, starting to be very hot ... battery always in low ... very disappointed..

    This item is not in excellent condition at all. Not happy and very mad as I paid extra for the condition and it’s terrible. It’s also dirty! Never had a bad experience before on this site. Gutted. Only gives the option to return phone to repair or refund. Well, I can’t be without one so not plausible for me. I should be refunded the difference of price between the grade I got compared to what I paid for!!!
