I was slightly nervous about buying reconditioned. After all, it was a good price but still a lot of money. However I am very happy with the phone. Cosmetically the phone is virtually perfect with no visible marks or scratches whatsoever. It obviously has had a new battery and so the battery life (so far anyway) is brilliant. The only slight problem is it is obviously not an Apple battery which means the phone does not show battery health and displays a ‘not official part’ message. This makes me slightly nervous and made me consider knocking off one star, but if the battery performance continues as it is at the moment I will be more than happy, and overall I’ve been very impressed with the customer service and product.

My 16 year old son lost his iPhone SE on a school trip. Buying a refurbished i-phone as a replacement seemed the ideal solution. I opted for a phone in 'excellent' condition and it truly was. No scratches anywhere and the screen was pristine. My son was delighted. It looked and felt like a new phone to him and was a definite improvement on his hand-me down SE. Buying a refurbished phone is something I had never considered before, but definitely something I will do again when my own phone 'dies'.

I had an iPhone SE for many years, before it started failing! Then along came Back Market and my lovely new iPhone 11, and all is now shiny and bright! What a totally awesome phone, in every way!! It charges and keeps charge which is great to know, as my other phone didn't! It's bigger and has enough space on it to run lots of apps too!! I am totally happy with the phone, with finding Back Market in the first place. When it arrived, it was so well packaged by the small company it came from, and the handset was as it should be, in excellent condition. They even threw in a rubber phone cover which saved me some extra spending!! Thank you!!

I bought the iPhone 11 for my son and he is delighted with it. It arrived early, was well packaged, in excellent condition as described, with a charging cable included. The battery life seems good and it does fast charging. The Back market service was excellent, they provided good communications and I would buy from them again.
