The order process was easy and a lot of info about the product. After 10 months of buying the Samsung S21 Ultra 5G it started dying on me. I couldn't get it to switch on even when charging it, so I sent it back to the seller and they were unable to fix it. I got a full refund and this was communicated to me well.

So I ordered a Samsung galaxy S21 ultra in fair condition yet when I got it there was 2 hair line scratches which is extremely difficult to see and the back is perfect only around the charging port is a bit rough. Thanks Back Market

Excellent service and can highly recommend Back Market. I was a little worried about buying a second hand phone as I am very fussy about how it looks.
