Product as described. Few minor scratches but that was expected with a refurbished product! Not had one of these generation of Ipads before but it charges very slowly. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

I was really nervous about buying a refurbished ipad from backmarket but I am really pleased bought fair so expected a few dings and dents but nothing that affected any buttons the screen was perfect and in a case hides everything. This site was recommended by my daughter who bought an ipad for her daughter and was pleased. I would recommend black market and have to everyone my son is going to also purchase an ipad and I will also use in the future thank you

Very pleased with this refurbished Ipad. all working as per my previous model which i had had for 4 years, however there was a problem with the battery , hence the need for a "new" one. Good product, good price, excellent service. Will use you again for sure.

Great price and fast delivery. The 12 month warranty makes a big difference for me when choosing a refurbished tech supplier. Many only give 3 months max. The 'very good' condition of my iPad is indeed accurate. It looks as if it was never used.
