    Very dissapointed after reading some good review , i decide to buy a Iphone X . After setting up the phone , i was looking forward to use it . Unfortunately the first night i charge the phone 90 percent and morning when i wake up saw the phone 2 percent . Another problem is when i'm using the phone it keep shut down . Very very dissapointed . I'll send it back and and want my refund .

    The first iPad I bought was fantastic. Then I tried to buy another - 1st order was cancelled before it was shipped, 2nd order arrived with 17% battery charge and when plugged in, it tried to charge then showed 'not charging'. You'd think that items would be checked before they're shipped. Not impressed.

    I ordered an iPad 8th edition in “excellent” condition. After reading the reviews of people with the same condition and some in good condition coming with original iPad boxes and screen protectors still on I thought I would be safe. Mine came in a cardboard box lightly wrapped in bubble wrap. No extra packaging no Apple box nothing. After removing the bubble wrap the screen that was stated to be in perfect condition has around 6 faint scratches all over the screen! I’m really really annoyed! How are these iPads being quality checked for someone else to receive one that’s basically brand new in new packaging & I received mine like this! I’m absolutely fuming. I want a refund & I don’t have access to a printer to print out the returns label. No customer services either
