It works well over time (gift for my parents at Christmas)!

Complaints don't work...even customer support always sends you to contact the seller, in other words, the backmarket doesn't help at all. Wrong product and no-one replies...very upset about this...I won't be buying from here again for sure....

Perfect appearance. Bought this to replace my old Tab S2 which gave up the ghost. Still performs as well as ever and the system is much nicer than the latest models for which the much more recent system is simply no longer suitable for a tablet. It's just a smartphone on a big screen. Nothing to say about the reconditioning. Express shipping, fast and efficient delivery.

The tablet has no apparent defects and works perfectly. Perfect delivery time. This is my 1st purchase on the site and I will return if necessary.

On the other hand very disappointed with the delivery method I took a day to receive my package. I went to the Chronopost website to follow the progress of my parcel, when I realised that the parcel had not been delivered because I was absent and that a delivery notice had been put in my letterbox. Except that I hadn't moved from my home, the deliveryman hadn't bothered to ring and no delivery notice had been left. I called Chronopost and they didn't give a damn where my parcel was, so in the end I had to go to the post office to collect it. I lost a day's holiday for nothing, I would have done better to have it delivered directly to the post office and pick it up after work.
