very happy with the product. bought it used but it came in perfect condition with only a slight crack on the screen. it's completely unnoticeable when you are actually using the tablet though due to the brightness. perfect battery health, smooth operations with no bugs or glitches. The box had some marks on it but the tablet was in great condition. I wasn't sure whether the pen would definitley be included as it didnt say it would but other reviews mentioned receiving the pen. The pen did come with it and it all works perfectly. I haven't had chance to use it much yet but hopefully it will last me a while.
