Terrible experience with this seller, and Backmarket. I had several orders cancelled by thus seller "due to stock issues" despite them having several advertised on the website. One order was cancelled after supposedly being dispatched (Backmarket also assured me it had been sent). I checked a week later to find it had been cancelled with no notification or reason, despite having been given a tracking number. Backmarkets last response was "I would like to bring to your attention that the seller has a tendency to cancel orders if they encounter any issues after a customer has made a purchase". I'd avoid Regents Computer Ltd at all cost. Use Backmarket with caution, and don't be fooled by their friendly marketing, they couldn't care less.
