Lots of pluses- comes beautifully packaged in really good time; tracking available. The phone is in superb condition despite it being listed as 'good condition'. Did have a few teething problems with the software, but I think that's on OnePlus as a company- specifically getting data moved over took a couple tries. Super happy with it now though. The phone is in less than decent condition, however, due to multiple scratches on the screen, one of which is so deep that it's all you can see. What's more, the battery can't hold a charge despite being set to maximum consumption: lower brightness, lower resolution, lower frequency, use of connections as little as possible... I started the exchange or repair process, but when I read the reviews, even the 5-star ones, I was afraid I'd never see the device again and I wouldn't get my money back. First and last time I buy refurbished, I would continue to pollute the planet by buying new. I will never buy from this site again.
