Wow! Been looking at the website for a few months but finally decided to buy a new MacBook Wednesday evening. Absolute beauty of a gold Air 13” model arrived Friday lunchtime. Condition listed as good, but looks immaculate to me (the sticker residue comes off with a few firm rubs with sellotape). Now looking at a new watch. Crazy to pay full price on products with such a high turnover as Apple ❤️❤️❤️

Brilliant. Hated Microsoft trying to make me buy a new laptop to run Win10 so decided to defect to Apple as I have iPhone and iPad but didn’t want to commit to a lot of money as I don’t use a laptop much ( and was a bit scared of Mac is)! Best thing I ever did. I love the MacBook Air and at some point may get a newer one if I need it. Your website and service (so far) are great and as my husband has just written off yet another refurb windows laptop, I’ll be back to it very soon ( but he’ll have to stick with Windows as he’ll never manage Mac!)

I’ve been a Backmarket customer for quite some time now and let’s just say, the quality is exactly as expected for an excellent space grey MacBook Air- sleek, seamless and almost impeccable. This refurbished unit arrived in good condition, exhibiting only minor cosmetic imperfections such as a single scratch on the lid. It included a new battery and has been successfully upgraded to macOS Monterey (though this is not officially supported; macOS Monterey represents the latest compatible operating system). Performance is exceptionally smooth with minimal heat generation, a significant improvement over my previous 2019 MacBook Pro, which recently failed. Due to budget constraints, this model was the optimal replacement, and I am very satisfied with its performance.
