I purchased an IPhone SE (2020) in ‘Good’ condition to replace my very well used IPhone 6. I was rather nervous about ordering a refurbished second hand phone but I needn’t of worried! Ordered on a Saturday morning and it arrived the following Monday, never received such fast delivery especially over a weekend. In much better condition than I expected, only a couple of specs here and there but hardly noticeable. Packaging was excellent. Came with a charging cable, Sim eject tool (very useful) and fitted with a screen protector. A real bonus, thank you! Overall very pleased with my purchase. Ordered Iphone 2020SE to replace identical phone. Wasn't sure what to expect from a "refurbished" phone. Phone arrived within two days of ordering and to be honest it's very difficult to tell this refurb phone from a brand new handset. Absolutely pristine condition and so far (two weeks in) appears to be working exactly as expected. Thank you. Would not hesitate to buy again.

Bought two IPhone SE (2020) for the kids and could be happier. Firstly the price was very good. Best we saw for the refurbished ones we wanted. Delivery was very quick. The product was excellent. I left it a little late to open the packages, and was thinking about ordering a case. Not only were they both in amazing condition but they came with a screen protector (already attached), a case, a cable and a stylus. So impressed. I will be back. Very happy with my refurbished iPhone SE! Apart from the tiniest of scratches on the screen (which can't be seen when covered with a screen protector), it's as good as new. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

Ordered 2 Iphone SE (2020) for 2 of my children and they are happy with what they do (im not a fan of Iphones). One of the phones does get a little warm and the battery life data cannot be shown, the new battery option wasnt available (sold out) on purchase, but if needs be can have this sorted locally, buying a refurbished phone is the way to go, they came in excellent condition, set up was easy, charging cables work. Cant really say much more other than thank you for saving me some £££. Oh super quick delivery too and informed along the way by back market and the delivery company. Ordered another one after recieving the first 2 for my 3rd son who is super picky, he cant wait for it to arrive

Very speedy delivery. Phone is in pristine condition. Updated to latest operating system. It seemed not to be very smooth at first but now working with no issues. Currently using a data eSIM whilst touring. So far so good. Would certainly recommend a refurbished handset from Back Market, this is my second!

Needed to upgrade my older phone as updates weren't being supported anymore and causing me issues with apps. I have never ever brought one for myself, got by by using my daughters cast offs for the last 20+years, didn't need anything special, just a working phone etc. Found Back Market by chance, very good prices for reconditioned phones, with four levels of condition choice, I choose premium myself, ordered on a Sunday afternoon, and received about 26 hrs later on Monday. Kept up to date on order and tracking information supplied from moment I purchased. Phone is in exceptional condition, exactly as described, came with soft case, screen protector already fitted, two lightening leads, and information on transferring data from my older phone. I would defiantly use again if the need be, and have no problem in recommending Back Market

I first purchased a reconditioned phone from Back Market some while ago & it has been such an excellent phone that when my husband had an accident with his phone falling into water a few weeks ago I didn't hesitate to buy a replacement from this company again. It arrived promptly in excellent condition, at an affordable price & I'm sure we will both buy from them again in the future. Great service too as they kept us informed from start to finish.
