As a first phone for my son, this has made a really big difference to what he could have. We wanted to stick with Apple as the parental controls are linked to our own phones and, price-wise, this is the only way we could go. The phone is spotless and has 95% battery life. Perfect for my son!

Ordered Iphone 2020SE to replace identical phone. Wasn't sure what to expect from a "refurbished" phone. Phone arrived within two days of ordering and to be honest it's very difficult to tell this refurb phone from a brand new handset. Absolutely pristine condition and so far (two weeks in) appears to be working exactly as expected. Thank you. Would not hesitate to buy again.

Very speedy delivery. Phone is in pristine condition. Updated to latest operating system. It seemed not to be very smooth at first but now working with no issues. Currently using a data eSIM whilst touring. So far so good. Would certainly recommend a refurbished handset from Back Market, this is my second!

Needed to upgrade my older phone as updates weren't being supported anymore and causing me issues with apps. I have never ever brought one for myself, got by by using my daughters cast offs for the last 20+years, didn't need anything special, just a working phone etc. Found Back Market by chance, very good prices for reconditioned phones, with four levels of condition choice, I choose premium myself, ordered on a Sunday afternoon, and received about 26 hrs later on Monday. Kept up to date on order and tracking information supplied from moment I purchased. Phone is in exceptional condition, exactly as described, came with soft case, screen protector already fitted, two lightening leads, and information on transferring data from my older phone. I would defiantly use again if the need be, and have no problem in recommending Back Market

Bought as a birthday present for my husband and he is absolutely delighted with it. Service and delivery were fantastic, no complaints. Phone is in excellent condition would barely know it was a used phone.

Perfect! The phone arrived with very little signs of use, beautifully clean and in perfect working order. I use it for app development so it isn't my primary phone but it works great for that and is by far the most cost effective way to develop for Apple devices.

Pleasantly surprised at how good a condition the phone was in considering it was marketed by Back Market as in ‘fair’ condition. Phone arrived a day earlier than the range of dates advised, so all in all a great experience.
