I ordered an iPhone 12 to replace my old iPhone 7. After reading several reviews I went for a ‘good’. condition and I was not disappointed. It arrived within two days and looked brand new. Not a mark on it. So pleased my daughter has bought an identical iPhone 12 in a different colour and again, it looks brand new. Will definitely be ordering from Back Market in the future and I would recommend to anyone thinking of buying a new mobile to buy reconditioned.

Reconditioned iPhone 12/128GB - Black - Unlocked + protective case ordered as a Christmas present, therefore, not yet in use. However, the items arrived ahead of schedule and were expertly packed for shipment. The iPhone was In immaculate condition with handy aide memoir providing information about transferring data from old phone to new and included a USB-C charging cable. Thank you for a quality used product at a very competitive price. Although not yet in use and time will tell this product could easily pass for brand new.

Over the moon with my purchase ordered it and was delivered the next day being a pensioner was a bit apprehensive in transferring all my information from my iPhone 8 but I should not of been did everything myself no help needed as for my new. This was a Xmas present for my partner, her phone broke so she has had it early. I paid for an “excellent” refurbishment but as soon as the phone was started it flashed up that the battery wasn’t an Apple battery, also seems like a few times it’s been on a go slow for certain apps but then works perfectly again after 10 minutes. She is very ver the moon with the phone but I’m a little disheartened that these messages are popping up so she is unable to check the battery life given the price paid.

I'm very happy with my new mobile. It will take me a while to master it. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it. I am an 80 plus year old and a non-technophile but I'll get there before too long. Do you recondition people as well?

the phone itself is exactly as described even 100% battery and i would recommend definitely. Althouhh sometimes the face id just doesnt work, wether thats user error, phone error or the refurbishers thats the only small thing i could critique!

when you hear about refurbished phones im a bit weary about it , but i needed one quickly , so i went on back market ordered one in my budget , i ordered one in good condition , paid and the delivery was next day , thats great service and the phone was in fantastic condition i coudlnt see a mark on it anywhere , ive told loads of people about the great service and speedy delivery , 10 /10 ill use this site again for sure

Absolutely delighted. Don’t think I could tell the difference between refurbished and new. Transfer of data etc from my iPhone 7 was very easy and apart from facial recognition as opposed to finger print and later OS the two systems were very similar so very easy to get along with. Very pleased to note battery health was 100%. When the time comes to upgrade I’ll be straight back to Black Market!
