I ordered an iPhone 12 to replace my old iPhone 7. After reading several reviews I went for a ‘good’. condition and I was not disappointed. It arrived within two days and looked brand new. Not a mark on it. So pleased my daughter has bought an identical iPhone 12 in a different colour and again, it looks brand new. Will definitely be ordering from Back Market in the future and I would recommend to anyone thinking of buying a new mobile to buy reconditioned.

The phone itself is super and in excellent condition. Now, I am not tech savvy but managed to follow the onscreen instructions and transfer all the info from my very old iPhone onto this new one once I realised they both had to be well charged up. Swapping the SIM was fiddly but I did it. I'm still learning to use the phone and keep taking screenshots by mistake but I'm sure this will be useful one day. I am so glad I did not pay for a brand new phone as you really couldn't tell the difference with the Back Market refurbished one.

Excellent service! Bought for my son’s first phone to secondary school and it has not disappointed! Went for the excellent condition iPhone as it was on offer and it came in impeccable condition. My daughter is very happy with her new phone! Although this was rated as 'good', we really couldn't tell it is refurbished and not brand new. It arrived well packaged, and was easy to set up and start using. Better than I expected.

Over the moon with my purchase ordered it and was delivered the next day being a pensioner was a bit apprehensive in transferring all my information from my iPhone 8 but I should not of been did everything myself no help needed as for my new. I purchased this as my poor iphone 6s is no longer supported and can no longer run the apps. I thought that iphone 12's functionality would suit my needs so purchased one in excellent condition with a standard battery. I am so happy with my purchase! The battery (which was my main concern, buying secondhand) is great and lasts a whole day with normal use - I work through my phone a lot so constantly need to access docs via apps etc. I haven't run out of charge yet on a full day's use so 5* for that! The phone is also in excellent condition, as advertised, and I love the green. It came with a dark green case too, which I will use when working outdoors. I purchased a second, clear case with screen protectors too for general, everyday use and both are equally good. Would definitely recommend buying from Back Market!
