Really pleased with my iPhone 11. I ordered the excellent condition and it came like new! My only criticism would be that the battery isn’t too great but that is probably expected to some extent with a refurbished phone. Overall I am really pleased with my new phone and would recommend Back Market.

I am very happy with my iPhone 11 from Back Market. I am not a big technocratic and but wanted something more reliable than my 6s. I am getting used to it as there are differences. Must admit felt pretty sceptical about buying a refurbished phone off the internet, however I was recommended by a friend. I purchased a iPhone 11. It was an easy process and quick delivery. The phone is amazing. I am very happy. Thank you Back Market!

I was slightly nervous about buying reconditioned. After all, it was a good price but still a lot of money. However I am very happy with the phone. Cosmetically the phone is virtually perfect with no visible marks or scratches whatsoever. It obviously has had a new battery and so the battery life (so far anyway) is brilliant. The only slight problem is it is obviously not an Apple battery which means the phone does not show battery health and displays a ‘not official part’ message. This makes me slightly nervous and made me consider knocking off one star, but if the battery performance continues as it is at the moment I will be more than happy, and overall I’ve been very impressed with the customer service and product.

Very pleased with my reconditioned phone . The purchase process went very smoothly and it works perfectly . Not even a message from Apple to say ‘unrecognised part etc’ that I have usually always had in the past with other phones 😃

The whole experience of buying the phone has been positive. I was wary of buying a refurbished phone. The buying process was straightforward the e-mail confirmation and delivery information was reassuring. Prompt delivery, the phone arrived in very good condition as described. It was easy to set up. I have been using the phone now for about 4 weeks. All good. I will recommend to friend and family.

Everything about the experience was first class. From price to delivery and condition of phone excellent. Would recommend Back Market for refurbished phones.had this a few weeks battery excellent camera brill. You don't need to pay silly money for a new iphone

I was little wary of buying a refurbished iPhone but the reviews on the website were all very good and the customer service was excellent when I had a query pre-purchase. Post-purchase information kept me up to date with delivery which was fast and I was very happy with the phone. I bought a 'Good' phone and it had the tiniest scratch on the back as described. Phone battery was low unlike on other reviews I've read but that's a minor point.

A little nervous buying a reconditioned phone but so glad I did. Brilliant phone, looks like new!! Arrived very promptly, before schedule, using next day delivery. Just setting up now, but no complaints so far….some reviews said battery health wasn’t great on other phones but this one is 97%, brilliant. if you’re considering buying a reconditioned phone give it a go!
