I had an iPhone SE for many years, before it started failing! Then along came Back Market and my lovely new iPhone 11, and all is now shiny and bright! What a totally awesome phone, in every way!! It charges and keeps charge which is great to know, as my other phone didn't! It's bigger and has enough space on it to run lots of apps too!! I am totally happy with the phone, with finding Back Market in the first place. When it arrived, it was so well packaged by the small company it came from, and the handset was as it should be, in excellent condition. They even threw in a rubber phone cover which saved me some extra spending!! Thank you!!

I bought the iPhone 11 for my son and he is delighted with it. It arrived early, was well packaged, in excellent condition as described, with a charging cable included. The battery life seems good and it does fast charging. The Back market service was excellent, they provided good communications and I would buy from them again.

amazing I ordered an iphone 11 yesterday morning and it came today I ordered the fair condition so I was expecting some scratches and dents but it showed up in a brand new condition no scratches or dents the phone work 100% fine with the battery health is on 100% I'm blown away I fully recommend buying this again

I was wary because I’ve never bought a second hand phone. However I have had this iPhone 11 for three months and I’m happy with my purchase. Works great and feels good that I’ve done it sustainably. Prices are okay, could be more affordable.

Got the phone couple weeks ago, delivery was actually early by 1-2 days can’t ever complain about that :) and so far so good with the iPhone 11, very happy with the condition and how the that the iPhone came with a screen protector, battery is on 100% life, all and all very good and I would recommend a lot

First time I've ordered anything in this way. Wife's phone was on its uppers. Daughter decided it needed to be an iPhone 11.. Arrived early, well packaged, not a scratch to be seen. Battery health 95%, so so far so good. Definitely recommend

ordered a purple iphone 11 with a new battery in fair condition. only a small scratch on the corner of the screen and that's it. no problem with its function. got a new battery and haven't seen any non-genuine battery message. overall worth the money especially in fair condition

10/10 I bought the Iphone 11 in fair condition and it only had a few scuffs on the metal but immaculate on the front and back. It had a new battery installed and cost much less than any other shop with free delivery. Would definitely buy from here again!

Would definitely recommend Back Market. Bought an iPhone 11 for my 10 year old son and couldn’t be happier. Opted for the “excellent” option and It was like brand new , not a scratch on it. Works perfect. We are super happy and would definitely buy from Back Market again 😊
