Never bought a refurbished phone before so a bit sceptical. I need on for work but I'm no techie geek so a replacement for my old 11 would be fine. I got it at a great price and a really fair trade price in on my old phone. Delivered quickly with no fuss. Really pleased with my order and the process was seamless. I was apprehensive about buying a refurbished phone but could not afford a new one. The phone arrived promptly and my granddaughter transferred everything from my old phone to the new one. In all honesty I am delighted with it. I would recommend anyone considering a change of phone use Back Market

Phone was excellent value. Really happy with accurate description, easy ordering and very prompt service.. My family have bought goods from this company before so it is our go to company for reconditioned electrical goods. My first phone reconditioned purchase I have had for 5 years aaprox and it’s only its age not being able to use certain apps that made me update phone.

Really pleased with my iPhone 11. I ordered the excellent condition and it came like new! My only criticism would be that the battery isn’t too great but that is probably expected to some extent with a refurbished phone. Overall I am really pleased with my new phone and would recommend Back Market.
