The iMac Pro is immaculate and I'm now working every day with it. I love these machines - they really are amazing. I would recommend Back Market and am extremely happy with this purchase.

Item is in very good condition. Installed and working as expected. No issues so far.

Very bad experience! I placed an order on 31/8 and was told it should arrive 2/9. However, this was not the case, I didn’t receive anything on 2/9 and suddenly today after many days of sending messages asking when will I receive my order I received an email stating that the order had been cancelled and I would receive a refund. This is a very poor and unreliable service. Now I tried to reorder the device again with the same specifications but I couldn’t because the specs and conditions I wanted are no longer available. I want to mention that I was traveling this week and changed the dates based on the delivery date I was given. However after all that I didn’t receive the product I had ordered and without any apologies or explanation the order was cancelled. I would definitely not recommend this seller or website !!

The iMac is fine. However, I have now discovered a product of absolutely equal value that is offered at a significantly lower price. If you can offer me a favourable price, I will keep the iMac. Please send me a proposal as soon as possible. Thank you and best regards, Lothar

It would be better to indicate the faults of the devices before purchase, I was willing to spend more and avoid getting a scratched screen

Delivered on time, packed to the nines, so far the machine is running smoothly. Delivered complete with keyboard and mouse. The only drawback is the non-Apple wired keyboard and non-Apple mouse, which are compatible without a problem. Otherwise I strongly recommend Back Market, 2nd purchase and so far no problem.

Like new, in original packaging, with wireless keyboard and mouse. Got up and running without a hitch, wifi connection and off I went! I'm gradually getting used to the Apple configuration and its applications, and I'm taking it one step at a time. One regret is that for the moment I can't download my favourite applications like Open Office, which I've been using for years. It seems to me that Appel refuses free applications, which is a shame. I'll see how I can get round that. A Windows fan who is gradually switching to Apple (computer and phone...) like his children. Not disappointed at all, so far. Thanks to Back Market for offering such great possibilities. I won't hesitate to come back to you if I have any major problems. Best regards Michel
