The iMac Pro is immaculate and I'm now working every day with it. I love these machines - they really are amazing. I would recommend Back Market and am extremely happy with this purchase.

All in all this was a pretty straightforward transaction, the price was good and the process pretty straightforward. Delivery was again simple and all timings were as stated. My only gripe, mostly because I Iive in a rural area with poor broadband, the machine arrived without the latest IOS operating system which meant a very lengthy process in downloading and updating. The Mac Pro itself is everything I hoped it would be.

Item is in very good condition. Installed and working as expected. No issues so far.

The iMac Pro 27' 3.2Ghz. I never got as far as using it. There are 4 different models depending on the power of the Processors. The only way I could identify them at the time was by the number of cores. This was not mentioned on the site, so I went for it. After it arrived I hunted around online and eventually found it to be the 8 core version, the lowest powered one, which Apple dropped from it's range the next year. It wasn't going to speed up my workflow enough, so I am returning it under their wonderful 30 day return policy. However returning it was a bit of a wrench as it looks great . . downright glamorous . .big screen . . glossy unfortunately . why does apple think we want to look at our own reflections all day long ? Good site. Will be the first place I look next time.

Very bad experience! I placed an order on 31/8 and was told it should arrive 2/9. However, this was not the case, I didn’t receive anything on 2/9 and suddenly today after many days of sending messages asking when will I receive my order I received an email stating that the order had been cancelled and I would receive a refund. This is a very poor and unreliable service. Now I tried to reorder the device again with the same specifications but I couldn’t because the specs and conditions I wanted are no longer available. I want to mention that I was traveling this week and changed the dates based on the delivery date I was given. However after all that I didn’t receive the product I had ordered and without any apologies or explanation the order was cancelled. I would definitely not recommend this seller or website !!

I thought it was ok when it arrived, but it all went the proverbial up. I am not very happy at all. It is an absolute shambles !!!!!

The iMac is fine. However, I have now discovered a product of absolutely equal value that is offered at a significantly lower price. If you can offer me a favourable price, I will keep the iMac. Please send me a proposal as soon as possible. Thank you and best regards, Lothar
