All good as I use it for my music and cabaret shows but when it's plugged in the mains I get a slight interference over my PA system. I may have to get another mains unit as this one may be faulty. But overall I am very pleased

the unit Hp Elitebook is Good as new I loved it planning to buy another unit for my kids thank you seller.

I ordered the laptop in excellent condition and so far have no complaints! The laptop arrived as new and everything is perfectly functional. The battery life is alright and everything runs smoothly. It has only been a couple of weeks but so far no issues.

It arrived a lot sooner than I thought it would which was fantastic. With only a couple scratches on one of the corners I would say this was well worth the money, especially as the laptop itself works as if it were brand new.

Device is on impeccable condition, great specs and basically as-new. Fast delivery and everything works as expected. Tiny wrinkle is that I was expecting a GB QWERTY keyboard based on pictures and description, whereas the laptop that arrived had a US keyboard. Not the end of the world, by any means. Maybe it's cruel of me to deduct a star for that. Everything else is perfect.

The laptop is so fast. What I love the most about this laptop are the speakers, hence it has 4 speakers, thus 2 at the front and 2 at the back. I also admire the screen HD quality, like when I'm watching something on Netflix or BET+ I feel like im in my own mini movie theatre... Thank you Back Market

Laptop delivered quicker than anticipated, after just a few days. It was very well packed and protected against damage. Device is practically unmarked without any signs of previous use. I’m only just beginning to learn how to use it (I really need to find a Windows 11 instruction book) but so far the software appears faultless and the speed is impressive. I deliberately chose a high-spec model and all the additional functions I wanted seem to be working fine (e.g. touch screen, backlit keyboard). I’ve only had it for 2 weeks but I’m very pleased with it so far and feel optimistic that it will match if not exceed my expectations. If so, it will be a good buy at around half the price of a brand new one.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered from Backmarket, and will definitely be ordering again. They have a great selection of products at very reasonable prices. My laptop arrived quickly and safely, being well packaged. It was in great condition and I am very happy with it. In a previous purchase I had a technical fault. Back market had this fixed and retuto me incredibly quickly. Only too happy to recommend.

My computer arrived, beautifully packaged and well within the timeframe specified. The condition was quoted as excellent and I can't find anything to suggest it was not brand new (apart from the cost of course!)

Great! I am very pleased with the laptop. The charger is useless though (has an adapter) and just doesn't work. I'd really rather them not send something that won't work and will have to be disposed of by customers. You will have the policies to do this more carefully and sustainably. If it can't truely be reused don't send it out.
