My device was in great condition. But, the battery wasso bad the device gave me a screen message saying battery needs replaced. This wasn't great now was it. Thankfully Google payed the £49 fee as part of a Google Pixel 4a battery issue. But Back market should have had this replaced prior to selling me the phone. So although the new battery was free courtesy of GOOGLE. I still had to travel the the dump of a city also know as Glasgow. Pay for 2 hours parking and sit and wait for 2 hours waiting on the battery being replaced. Would I buy from Back market again. Not sure I would thanks. I did contact back market. No reply. I also left a Trustpilot review thinking they would reach out to me but nothing.... Oh Dear.

the phone I received is great, but, there is only one issue with it, it needs a battery replacement, it currently drops about 1% every minute while in use. apart from this issue, the phone functions as intended.

Its amazing. Excellent screen with no scratches and the device works a dream. The battery health is next to perfect, well worth the money!

Very pleased with my Google pixel 4a, got it to replace my other 4a which couldn't always detect SIM card. Arrived within 3 days of order and was almost immaculate apart from a few really fine marks although it was classed as fair.woyld definitely buy from again 😁😁

Phone came a day earlier than expected, and even though I ordered fair, it was in great condition, I can't see any scratches clearly

bought pixel 4a as a replacement. arrived before due date . excellent condition works as it should.. good communication from start to finish .when I am looking for any other tech this will be my first and probably only place to look for it

Hi, I love my new Google Pixel 4a mobile phone. Back Market were really efficient in sending it to me and I also took advantage of paying in three instalments which was very useful. It was word of mouth from my daughter which caused me to look at the company. She too was very pleased with her purchase.

The phone arrived promptly and was in the condition as advertised, very good. So far it is all working great. It was very straightforward to set up, transfer data from the old phone and get going with the new one.

The phone arrived in excellent condition despite ordering a fair. The screen was flawless and the only noticeable difference were some case marks on the back which were covered soon by a new case. Can highly recommend.
