Very pleased with my Google pixel 4a, got it to replace my other 4a which couldn't always detect SIM card. Arrived within 3 days of order and was almost immaculate apart from a few really fine marks although it was classed as fair.woyld definitely buy from again 😁😁

Broke my screen and it was cheaper to buy a reconditioned phone in a very good condition rather than replace the screen. Bought like for like, and am very satisfied with the phone and the service. Everything was exactly as detailed. Highly recommend.

All of the ordering and receiving of the phone was really easy. The only negative is the phone I recently bought has a bit across the screen where whenever I touch the screen in that area nothing happens :(

bought pixel 4a as a replacement. arrived before due date . excellent condition works as it should.. good communication from start to finish .when I am looking for any other tech this will be my first and probably only place to look for it

Process was straightforward, easy and quick and price was reasonable - exactly what I was looking for! Phone has been working great from the start, no issues or concerns. Would definitely recommend backmarket! Based on the condition descriptions, I think the phone I received should probably be considered 'fair' rather than 'good' but since I am using a case which covers the vast majority of the phone, this is completely a non-issue.

Just wanted to say how helpful I've found all the traders on Backmarket to be - it took me a few gos to get my perfect phone... And particularly for this one - I had to return a phone and the new one was with me in 24 hours, and it's perfect. I couldn't recommend enough.

In general this phone is spectacular, however the battery life on it is really bad. Which is pretty frustrating. I hardly use my phone, have no social media accounts, don't listen to music except when running - three times a week for an hour - so really its just a news app, email and WhatsApp im using it for. It was rare my iPhone would ever drop below 50% charge, but this is on 10% or less for me at the end of each day, okay for me, but it would be useless if you actually used your phone intensely. Description the phone was given was fair but the rather deep and sizeable scratch in the screen was a surprise to me, id have called this a fault and expected it to be replaced. The finger print sensor is hit or miss. It's no apple facial recognition, but it works 60% of the time id guess. Good enough. The Android OS and Google interface are spectacular, it's so user friendly, and most importantly, the phone is a sensible size, as im utterly disinterested in the ever expanding smart phones that are basically the size of books these days.
