Hi, I love my new Google Pixel 4a mobile phone. Back Market were really efficient in sending it to me and I also took advantage of paying in three instalments which was very useful. It was word of mouth from my daughter which caused me to look at the company. She too was very pleased with her purchase.

Very pleased with my Google pixel 4a, got it to replace my other 4a which couldn't always detect SIM card. Arrived within 3 days of order and was almost immaculate apart from a few really fine marks although it was classed as fair.woyld definitely buy from again 😁😁

The phone is good I used to have one and my screen got smashed so decided to get another phone the same and went refurbished this time. No complaints so far works great and is just like new. So happy days.

Process was straightforward, easy and quick and price was reasonable - exactly what I was looking for! Phone has been working great from the start, no issues or concerns. Would definitely recommend backmarket! Based on the condition descriptions, I think the phone I received should probably be considered 'fair' rather than 'good' but since I am using a case which covers the vast majority of the phone, this is completely a non-issue.

it's fine for a second hand phone. Battery is no where close to the new phone but still decent. A fully charged phone in the morning lasts me till about 5-6pm with basic usage (phone calls and podcast). rest of the phone works flawlessly.

The phone arrived promptly and was in the condition as advertised, very good. So far it is all working great. It was very straightforward to set up, transfer data from the old phone and get going with the new one.

It's really good, in great condition but the charging port is a bit lose as I'm sure you guys would of been aware before sending but oh well, it is a rephurb after all. I can't really be bothered with the messing around of importing all my stuff onto a new one now either so I guess I'll just stick with It until it stops charging all together.

So far so good! Case has minimal marks, but that now has a blue case cover on so that was never going to be a problem, and the finest of trace marks on the screen in one small area cannot be seen with a screen protector on, so all good. No issues with setting up or charging and battery seems to hold its charge well.

Ok, the Pixel 4a 5G is better than my previous phone (a Galaxy S8). The condition was advertised as Good but I think it's as new, so very happy with that. The only fly in the ointment is that the charging cable supplied doesn't work but then I have spares already so that's not a big problem to me. Overall, I recommend the phone (if, like me, you're not a sheep) and the service/delivery was quick and painless. Thumbs up!
