This phone was supposed to be unlocked. It wasn't. It was locked to another network so I had to go through the entire faff of returning it. And the wrong charging cable was supplied too. And now I need to find another phone. I'm not happy.

You have sold me an 'unlocked' phone and haven't provided an unlocked phone or an unlock code. I desperately needed this phone and now cannot use it and will have to send it back. I've bought many devices off back market over the years but my current experience and lack of support means i will have to stop using you in the future

The Back Market experience is generally good, marred only by the corny quality of the associated emails, the banality of which conveys an impression which is less than professional.

Ordered Samsung S6. Got a S7 and had to return it. Waste of my time and 4 mile drive to post back. Same S6 still being advertised on Back Market by seller ?
