I'm happy with the purchase I know it's not new but it is practically 90 percent as new confident with my purchase I am already thinking of buying one for each of my children I recommend for those who think buying can trust 100 percent

At first I was sceptical about buying refurbished phones online, but after seeing that most of the reviews were positive, I decided to buy the phone in premium condition which upon arrival was in premium condition! No visible scratches or damage on the front and back on the phone, everything in the phone is working, although I have noticed the battery is not quite as good as I expected it to be (but apparently you have to wait a bit after getting a new phone for the battery life to get slightly better, so I still have high hopes). Also, the top of the phone seems to get hot a bit quick but it is probably due to my usage so its not a bit problem to me.

I loved how quickly the phone got here, phone is in great quality and i have had zero issues with it, one thing i would love to see moving forward is that in the product box there should be a "refurbished" form with anything that has been repaired with the phone, so that the customer knows exactly what to expect with the phone

S22 ultra 512 gb, First time purchase refurbished Mobile in my life, really impressed from the condition of device, even I choose just fair one but its came in excellent condition like brand new scratch less body. Battery is also good and hopefully it will be good in future, because I just start using device one week ago . Thanks for the Backmarket. My next purchase will be 14 pro max in 3 months, thanks alot

Fantastic experience all round. This is my second refurbished phone purchased in 'fair' condition from back market and the second time I'm baffled by the near pristine condition of the handset. This S22 ultra looks and feels brand new.

Really happy with the purchase. I got good version of s22 ultra and showed it to my friends; all of them thought it was brand new. And the best part was their face when i told them the price. There's no visible marks or scratches on the screen. The battery life is lasting me pretty good too. The s pen is so smooth. The only visible thing that says its a refurbished one is a slight dent on the bottom edge of the phone but that'll be covered anyway with a phone case. My previous phone was Galaxy A52... and now I'm completely blown away by S22 ultra's performance and especially the camera. Really good service from back market. I received the order next day as i paid for the express service. I have already started recommending to my friends and I will definitely be buying some more products from here again..

Wow! I ordered my refurbished Galaxy S22 Ultra from Backmarket and paid the extra £5 for a quick delivery because my old Mi 10t Lite just died and wasnt able to be fixed without a hefty price tag... but what can I say about this phone except, it's amazing! I ordered the 'fair condition' and it arrived as if it was brand new. It has one tiny little scratch along the bottom beside the charging port and that is it! I was in two minds between the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and the Google Pixel Pro 9 and all I can say is this phone is fast, responsive and has a brilliant amount of storage (for my many many songs). It works as if it is new, and it set up quickly. The screen is a high quality and even on the lowest resolution is still high quality. The system is fast and the screen brightness in the sun beats my old Mi 10t literally by miles. I recommend this website to buy your refurbished phones from. It is good for my pocket as I was able to pay by Klana and it is good for the environment. Highly recommend, would definitely buy again.

I was a bit dubious buying a refurbished phone, but how wrong I was. I've bought a fair condition S22 Ultra which I've upgraded from an A41 which is miles apart! The S22 is in really good condition and I am really happy with it. There are a few wear and tear scuffs on the case which I can live with as I always use a case, but the screen is immaculate which although it has got Gorilla glass I've fitted it with a screen protector. All the functions on the phone work really well and I have had no problems with it in the two weeks I've owned it. Great service from Back Market and I will definitely use them again.

paid for "good" condition phone which promises a perfect screen and there was one noticeable deep scratch on the screen when I received it. I didn't want to have to be without a phone for another week while it was replaced so I was offered a partial refund of around £20 for the inconvenience which is okay with me for not having to wait. other than that the phone is excellent but I'm not sure what refurbishment they do if it still has the same screen and battery and there was visible dirt around the sides the camera lenses. feels like I've bought a second hand phone rather than a refurbished one....
