Well I must say I was a little dubious ordering a refurbished phone but honestly I'm more than happy with it. You wouldn't know it was refurbished at all. I went for the excellent condition samsung s21 and it's perfect and £95 cheaper than anywhere else offering the same phone.

Arrived quickly. Condition (pristine) was accurate - no marks or scratches. Set-up was fine just like a new phone (fairly easy with Samsung Smart Switch). Battery condition is good - retains charge well. A bargain compared to a new phone - and I prefer to use refurbished equipment as long as the condition, price and technology meet my needs. Full marks (so far).

First time I've used back market, I admit I was uncertain if buying a refurbished phone was a good move. But with the 12mth warranty felt well they must feel confident of their phones! So I gave it a try, and so far so good. The phone was in an almost as new condition which surprised me and exceeded my expectations. Lots of communication along the way keeping me informed on delivery. I also was able to trade in an old samsung for £43 that I didnt plan on doing. I thought its at least a saving off the price I paid for the new one. So yes was pleasantly surprised and would buy again in the future that offers the chance to buy a more high end phone for a more affordable cost. If I had to make one negative, which really isnt a big issue, the deposit for the trade in takes upto 6 working days to go into a bank. But as promised I did receive the funds within the 6 working days. Otherwise, yep, liked everything.

My previous phone packed up after several years. As I wanted to stay with Samsung S, getting to a reconditioned phone made sense as the price wasn't too much and the phone is great. I highly recommend using Back Market!

I was pleased with my purchase, Samsung galaxy s21, the phone is light and quiet fast. The camera could have been better. Back market is definitely a place I recommend, between me and family this is our 4th time to purchase a refurbished phone. Great service, fast delivery and communication.

I cannot fault backmarket at all. Great service the phone is like new. As a 1st time getting anything refurbished i was a bit sceptical bit i can honestly say i will never buy a new phone again i will go here and i willtell everyone to use the site .

I am so happy with my purchase. I bought a pink galaxy but it had some issues. I reached out to the team and their response was so swift and helpful. I shipped it back and got a replacement all in under a week. I am so impressed and am loving the new phone. I am so glad i didnt spend a fortune on a new phone and instead bought a refurbished one which works just as well. I will definitely be using back market again.

I bought a S21 unlocked model graded as "fair". The phone was immaculate and seems to be working in excellent order.very straightforward website to use and the delivery tracking and service was excellent. I also used the trade-in option when purchasing my phone to sell on my previous . Would highly recommend Back Market and I will be using this website in the future for other refurbishment tech purchases.

Buying a refurbished phone was so easy. There was a whole range to choose from, good prices and really fast delivery. Now I have it set up, it's brilliant. I replace my phone every five or so years with another refurbished one so I want as good quality as I can get and I've got it! Great service guys!
