Fabulous phone, arrived very quickly, chose a refurbished s21 and the condition is amazing I love it I've used back market before and I'll be using it in the future as well as recommending it to everyone I know 👌

I have used black market for my wife's and my last three phones. every time the phones have been in perfect condition and worked with no problems at all. I have just bought a duel sim phone Galaxy S21 5G because I used one sim for Internet at my caravan and normal sim for phone. works perfect for me.

I treated mysel to a new phone last year for my birthday and After a couple of weeks I hated it, it was like a brick but stuck it out as long as I could till I couldn't stand it any more so decided to treat myself again this year. After being a little dubious about refurbished phones, I did some research and decided to go with Back market and so pleased I did its a S21 wasn't sure what rate to go for and settled on good I thought I can live with a few scratches witch hopefully wouldn't show under a case. Wow what a surprise it came within 48 hrs and is immaculate looks brand new. I absolutely love it thank you back market I've recommended you already and will be back 😀 I don't know about 5* I give you 10 🥰

first impressions are excellent the phone visually is in almost perfect condition, havnt fully charged the battery yet so unable to comment..... but no complaints so far.... great piece of tech for the price i paid vs the shady 2nd hand phone shops locally, would defo buy again from these guys and will be in the market for a dell xps 13 soon

Honestly, when I first started looking for a new phone, well 'new' to me, I looked at a few websites, but all their prices just didn't make much sense to me. As I guy interested in tech, I feel like I have an idea of a decent price for second hand or even new tech. So when I saw that BackMarket was selling decent phones for around 160-200 pounds, I thought: "no, this has to be BS" excuse my language, but I remembered seeing adverts on YouTube and TV, so me and my girlfriend both decided to buy a phone, as they were honestly great prices and it would negate sharing a device Iike we have been doing for a few years now. We made the purchases, received our devices, which we bought in great condition by the way, and they came and they were both absolutely immaculate, barely any wear whatsoever, and I'm still pretty shocked about how cheap they were. Fairly long winded review, however I feel as if I had to say all of that as I know personally, I love a good detailed review that could potentially help another person make a choice, thanks 😊
