Fabulous phone, arrived very quickly, chose a refurbished s21 and the condition is amazing I love it I've used back market before and I'll be using it in the future as well as recommending it to everyone I know 👌

I have used black market for my wife's and my last three phones. every time the phones have been in perfect condition and worked with no problems at all. I have just bought a duel sim phone Galaxy S21 5G because I used one sim for Internet at my caravan and normal sim for phone. works perfect for me.

Well I must say I was a little dubious ordering a refurbished phone but honestly I'm more than happy with it. You wouldn't know it was refurbished at all. I went for the excellent condition samsung s21 and it's perfect and £95 cheaper than anywhere else offering the same phone.

Arrived quickly. Condition (pristine) was accurate - no marks or scratches. Set-up was fine just like a new phone (fairly easy with Samsung Smart Switch). Battery condition is good - retains charge well. A bargain compared to a new phone - and I prefer to use refurbished equipment as long as the condition, price and technology meet my needs. Full marks (so far).

Bought my first refurbished phone as a gift and got to say it probably won't be my last purchase. The phone was rated as good condition, but I would say it was more in excellent condition. Other than not having the original box the phone was in near pristine, I say near because there was one tiny and I mean tiny imperfection on the casing, but don't let this put you off as I had to look hard to find it!! Well worth the money on looks alone. I can't comment on the functionality because as I say it is a gift so I won't know about that till after Christmas :).

Good range of choice, well described quality of refurbished products and tast delivery.... tge new phone was up abd running way quicker than a) I expected or b) my network supplier would have managed 👍🏻😁

I treated mysel to a new phone last year for my birthday and After a couple of weeks I hated it, it was like a brick but stuck it out as long as I could till I couldn't stand it any more so decided to treat myself again this year. After being a little dubious about refurbished phones, I did some research and decided to go with Back market and so pleased I did its a S21 wasn't sure what rate to go for and settled on good I thought I can live with a few scratches witch hopefully wouldn't show under a case. Wow what a surprise it came within 48 hrs and is immaculate looks brand new. I absolutely love it thank you back market I've recommended you already and will be back 😀 I don't know about 5* I give you 10 🥰

Was a bit worried using Back Market for the first time but I’m glad I did. Order came in excellent condition as described. Far cheaper than I would have gotten anywhere else and fact that I purchased refurbished is greatl . Definitely recommend and definitely sticking to buying from here .
