Trying to make better choices as a consumer but my experience means I won't buy from this company again. The phones are assured to be unlocked, as per their website. It took several days to arrive from ordering. Needed a phone urgently. The phone arrived dirty and was locked. I spent many days trying to get this rectified. My own provider told me it was a problem with the phone and not my SIM. TBM response was to ask me to try yet another SIM. Same problem- phone locked. I'm not sure where the check was, that the phone was unlocked? Awaited seller response for several days and the replies from TBM honestly felt like conversing with AI. After almost a week, and me pestering them, I'm finally able to send it back for a refund.
