Happy to have a Fairphone, and after three days' work my son has got it operating free of Google. It would be good if it could be provided to operate free of this global near monopoly as standard. The first delivery attempt was a day ahead of schedule, when we were not at home, which was a small hitch, but received next day OK.

Came in great condition and arrived earlier than expected, easy to track and setup.

Really good phone. Reading other reviews had serious doubts. However, this phone easily manages with day to day tasks, with streaming videos and using Bluetooth headset etc. Sometimes the screen will pause for up 30s - 1 min on the internet browser but then I'll just close my tabs and it is fine. There was a sound issue but new software has been released that resolved this! Altogether a very decent phone and I don't feel like opting for this more sustainable phone is missing out on the benefits of other phones

Unfortunately had to immediately send it back to the seller because the phone didn't charge properly and the back was cracked. I'm still waiting for the replacement.

I ordered a Fairphone 4 at the end of September 2024. It arrived very quickly and I started to configure it. After a number of difficulties (in my opinion due to Google explaining the configuration help incorrectly, but just in case, I'll mention it here), I was finally able to import my data from my old phone using my Google account. I then inserted my SIM card, and there was a problem: SMS and mobile data were working (a bit too well even for the latter lol, it's a shame you can't cut off mobile data in the same place as WiFi, light, location... but you have to go into the settings and disable their use) but not calls, whereas on my old phone everything was working normally. So I end up with a phone that can't make calls... I sent the parcel back to the reconditioner Bafodu and a week later I found out that the phone was irreparable and irreplaceable, so I got my money back. I wondered whether it had really been reconditioned the first time, given that the function that was having problems could hardly have been more basic, but then again, maybe it was just human error, as can happen. I went to the Back Market site and saw exactly the same phone for sale, but at €30 more... I would have liked them to replace my previous phone as Back Market could obviously replace the phone I bought from them, but never mind, I recommend the same Fairphone 4. Received today, very fast delivery again, I reconfigured the phone (strange, the guide to configure is different from the first time), everything still works well and insert my SIM card. So far there don't seem to be any problems on this side either, I hope it lasts and that there aren't any other problems that appear elsewhere either.

I'd had a first FP4 from my company, so I've got the same functions. I'm fully satisfied with this refurbished phone, everything works perfectly, the battery still works, even though it's second-hand. The phone was sent quickly and arrived intact. A very good experience.

The exterior of the device is of very good quality. I wouldn't have expected so much from a device in what I'd call fair condition. The battery isn't as powerful as I'd hoped, but it can last a day if you don't use it very much. Sometimes I have to insist a little on the touchscreen, otherwise the device works fine. I criticise the brand itself for not having a 'Gallery' application and for having to use Google Photos...

It suits me perfectly. Very fast and careful delivery. The phone is in perfect condition. The battery drains a little quickly for my liking but I can buy a new one on their site! One of the main reasons I bought this brand. Please note that the description says "2 physical sim cards" but it's really "1 physical + 1 esim".

Ordered well except for one thing: it was noted that the phone had a physical dual sim when in reality it has a sim and an esim. No big deal, I just had to pay an extra £10 for the esim.

The item is in order. However, I had a problem with the SIM card slot and wasn't sure whether it was my SIM card or the connector. I replaced my SIM with an eSIM and it works just as well.
