Received my Apple MacBook Air today (M1, 16GB Ram, 512GB SSD) and am absolutely delighted with my purchase. I required a laptop or system to setup a home music studio (I'm a songwriter) and researched this for some time. I also researched outlets to purchase refurbished units and backmarket seemed to be the place to deal with. The price was great, the item is in such good condition you couldn't distinguish it from new, and it runs great. I'm just having to wait to setup my apple ID as I spoke to apple and they have some issues right now. But other than that, so happy with this thing I can't put it down and within the next 2 months or so I will have purchased all of the required items on a rather large list. Any time I require a similar item, I will be using backmarket and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or colleagues. Superb products, superb service and the way they deal with customers makes you feel valued and rather like your part of some elite club lol. I recently purchased a MacBook Air M2 from Back Market, and I have no words to express how amazing it is! This is my first time buying a refurbished product, and honestly, I was a bit scared about its condition. But when it arrived and I checked it, it looked brand new! The battery health is 100%, and the charging cycle was only three times, which is incredible. There’s not a single scratch, not even on the screen or keyboard. If Back Market had shipped it in the original MacBook box, no one would believe it’s refurbished! I’m really happy and satisfied with my purchase. Instead of spending a lot of money on a brand-new MacBook, buying refurbished is a much better option. I truly appreciate the quality and service. Highly recommended!

Ordered in good condition. I ordered good condtion.Battery health was 98%. Honestly there was nothing wrong. Well done backmarket. Only thing I’ll say is don’t order this colour. I hate the fingerprint marks Been a loyal customer for 5 years now 💘

I'm always nervous about buying new tech. It's a big investment and the choices can be daunting to a non-geek. But my much more knowledgeable sons recommended Back Market and they were right. I'm typing this on a very elegantly refurbished MacBook Air 13 inch (2022) Midnight that looks like new. With son's help I've moved data from the old MacBook Air (2013). There's some tidying up to do as a few files are in the wrong place (and Apple have made Photos unnecessarily complicated). But the laptop is a pleasure to use and I'm enjoying the luxury of a battery that keeps charge The computer arrived quickly, well protected in an Apple box which was cleverly contained inside a scruffy old sports shoebox (so no-one ran off with it). Easy to order. Very quick delivery, arrived less than 24 hours after I ordered it. Item was a refurbished Macbook Air. Arrived in excellent condition and was very well packaged. Mac looks practically new. Set it up as soon as it arrived. Needed it for uni degree - Logic Pro is only compatible with certain versions Macbook. This is my third purchase as last two were not compatible (nothing to do with Back Market). Very happy I finally got the correct version. No problems whatsoever. Would definitely buy from Back Market again.

Wow! Been looking at the website for a few months but finally decided to buy a new MacBook Wednesday evening. Absolute beauty of a gold Air 13” model arrived Friday lunchtime. Condition listed as good, but looks immaculate to me (the sticker residue comes off with a few firm rubs with sellotape). Now looking at a new watch. Crazy to pay full price on products with such a high turnover as Apple ❤️❤️❤️

Great product!! Seller shipped in less than 24 hours and was delivered in less than 48 hours. Ordered excellent quality and thats exactly what i got! Battery health is at 97% and is amazing. Looks almost new - a few tiny marks on the body but other than that it is perfect, would definitely reccomend!

My Macbook Air 13-inch came quicker than expected and is in better condition than I expected. Apart from the lack of Apple packaging, there are no identifiers that this is a refurbished device. I am over the moon. Thanks Back Market for a brilliant service.
