    This is the second refurbished product I have purchased from back market and I have not been disappointed. Recently upgraded my old apple to a MacBook Air 2020 and its great - in perfect condition, like new 😊 Would highly recommend this company. Great for the environment too not buying new!

    I was looking for a replacement MacBook Air for a family member and was thrilled when I saw the price on BackMarket for the exact model I was after. Placed the order, was kept updated throughout the process and when it arrived (much earlier than expected which was a HUGE bonus) I was THRILLED. The condition of the MacBook Air was listed as “Good” but it was closer to “Excellent”, and to my surprise, it came with a brand new silicone cover, new Bluetooth mouse and headphones! My family member is SO happy with the replacement MacBook and I’m SO HAPPY with my first experience of BackMarket. Will 100% be ordering from them again soon… refurbished is the future!

    My old macbook was a hand-me-down that I gratefully accepted way back in the heady days of 2016 after burglars made off with my laptop. It was born into a pre-tiktok world way back in 2010. It had bare wires sticking out of the charging lead, and the plug adaptor was held together with rubber bands. The backspace button no longer worked, and it long ago declared itself incapable of any more iOS updates. Enter Backmarket! Once I'd made the difficult decision to replace my trusty steed, the speedy delivery left me no time to dwell on my treachery. My new refurbished macbook air is so sleek and sexy, everyone's asking "who is she?" when I walk into the coffee shop with it under my arm. While my ingratitude to my erstwhile companion is a constant weight on my conscience, I am nonetheless overjoyed with my lovely new pal.

    Received my MacBook Air in 3 days. First time purchasing a refurbished item so I was a bit nervous. The item came in excellent condition (I payed for excellent as they had a good deal), no scratches or imperfections at all! Works fast and the battery has been lasting me for days. Very happy with my purchase so far. Will definitely come back to back market.

    I love my MacBook Air. Have always been skeptical about buying refurbished tech, but will be looking here without hesitation in the future and am already recommending the site to friends and family. Very happy indeed!

    i got this macbook in “good” condition and this is beyond good that is amazing God will continue to bless you with these refurbished products as i’ve always wanted this laptop but just never had enough to get it so when i finally did i bought it from you guys. the battery is amazing there is little to no scratches infact nothing on the macbook its so good and i pray it continues to work as well as it does now!

    I bought the lowest grade of reconditioned MacBook and anticipated it looking like it had done a few rounds with Tyson Fury. Granted, it had one tiny, tiny dint on the case, but it's virtually immaculate. I am very pleased indeed.

    honestly, I felt really iffy about buying a refurbished laptop but surprisingly, I'm more than happy with my purchase!! this MacBooks around 1000 and I got it for less than 400 with insurance, so yeah id defo recommend! I ordered a good condition MacBook but there aren't any scratches. the battery goes a bit quicker than expected but its still worth it for the price.

    Been using the MacBook now for just over 2 weeks and so far so good. Came at 100% battery capacity and fully sealed in an apple refurbished box. Works just like a brand new one. Only issue is it came with an EU power adapter but for me that wasn’t a problem as I had a spare one lying about. I did invest in the back market protection cover however was still looking to get AppleCare on it. When trying to buy it using the serial number a number of error codes showed up so I guess it’s been disabled by previous owner or tampered with.

    I did a lot of research before buying, particularly about this seller (you buy from a seller who uses backmarket as a selling platform). I am very happy with the laptop, it is in perfect condition (I ordered the best condition available which I think was referred to as excellent or very good). It looks unused. It seems to be working fine so far (I've had it for about 3 weeks). The charger isn't genuine apple but it does the job fine. The battery works well. Delivery within 24 hours of ordering! Well packaged. No original box but I expected this. Overall I'm really glad I took a gamble with buying refurbished and will do so again!
