Back market experience, really good. The phone came in a decent condition and was definitely very good value for money. Android phones tend to lag a little more than iPhones when they become a couple of years old, so I am not over the moon with the phone OS, but that was definitely my choice. Back market, the supplier of the refurbished phone and the condition of the phone were all very good. I will be using this platform again for sure!

I didn't want to pay the rediculas price of a new phone as they only cost around £30 to produce. I feel that its a total rip off. so I've decided to by refurbished phone. I don't need the latest model. I purchased a Samsung s22 in good condition and im chuffed to bits with the phone. not a mark on it and it looks like new. It came well packaged. really happy with this purchase. I would highly recommend. I will definitely buy my next phone again from Back Market.

Bought a Samsung s22 green colour - chose condition excellent - which it was - am very happy - took a few hours to install android 14 and all security updates but worth while - would recommend to other people - delivery was by DHl - got all delivery time updates which was needed as I live in a flat building - delivery on selected time slot - delivery driver also friendly 10/10
