I bought the Samsung Galaxy S22 in excellent condition. I couldn't be happier with the product. It may be refurbished but I would have no idea it wasn't brand new. It showed no signs of use (scratches or screen usage) and worked perfectly. This is my first refurbished phone and I honestly was expecting it to look second hand, there are a few scratches on the side of the phone which you can't even see with a clear cover on but other than that it's a brand new S22 even the screen looked untouched. I got quoted a higher price in a second hand store for the exact same phone that had screen burn. Ordered Galaxy S22. delivery was quick and I'm very impressed. No issues with the actual working of the phone. but there're lots of dents on the corners of the case and scratches on the screen also a small crack on the top right hand side of the screen. The phone was rated as Fair, so perhaps that's what is expected for refurbished phones of that rating.
