2.4/5The biometric functionality on the phone — including the fingerprint sensor and iris scanner — was not working. I contacted Black Market, who responded quickly with troubleshooting options, but after trying them all, nothing worked. They offered for me to return the phone for a refund, but due to my current circumstances, that wasn’t possible, so I’ve had to keep it. It’s disappointing, as one of their assurances is that all sensors are tested and fully functional, which wasn’t the case with my device. Otherwise, the phone itself works fine.
