so I've ordered a premium device (only opened box and once turned on) I've placed the order early morning was supposed to be delivered next day, it wasnt, which is fine, it came the next day afternoon. but I've received a 820£ phone that has opened physically and the back end of the "premium" s26+ was removed and replaced with a new back. and the imei and serial numbers where on a sticky note and they are not engraved on the phone case as they should be, the review link in the email that you get only allows you to review when you download their app and make an account, any other way it says link is unavailable. now my 800£ phone has sim card issues since it was opened at the back the camera doesn't focus as good and sim card often gets "no sim inserted" and thats only for sim1 slot not sim2.. so the the one facing the top side of the phone. phone was clearly damaged and renewed and definitely not "premium" I'd ask for a refund or a new phone but I'm away on holidays trying to have some nice pictures but my camera is shit and my sim card keeps going off. cheers
