Received my phone was expecting it to have a few marks on it with it being refurbished but it looks brand new

I can't really say how good the phone is because I will be using it as a back up phone when I move to the philippines in march. But it looks like a brand new phone not refurbished.

The order process was easy and a lot of info about the product. After 10 months of buying the Samsung S21 Ultra 5G it started dying on me. I couldn't get it to switch on even when charging it, so I sent it back to the seller and they were unable to fix it. I got a full refund and this was communicated to me well.
