Well, yeah, I shouldn't have expected a miracle for a refurbished device. But the real surprise came when I powered it up - it actually has double the storage capacity I paid for! I ordered the MacBook Pro 16” M1 Pro 1TB 16GB RAM in Excellent Condition, And BackMarket did NOT disappoint!! The MacBook Arrived in it’s original Apple Box, the MacBook AND the chargers all still with the original Apple packaging! The MacBook itself had absolutely no signs of previous use, it’s like someone bought it from apple and left it in the box with the exception of the instructions being removed from the box and a hole being cut in the box for an extra charger! Which isn’t an issue for me at all!! I wasn’t sure if it WAS actually used in the past so I had a look through the settings to see how many battery Charge Cycles it had previously and it only had 2!!! And one of them was me because it was on charge as i was looking! So I am absolutely delighted, Basically brand-new and all for the price of a refurbished MacBook!! Couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Well recommended!

Laptop came even better than described - i bout a MacBook Pro M1Pro in fair condition. Absolutely no faults at all with the Mac itself, its stunning! I didn't know what to expect & it has pleased me very well. Ill be back for future upgrades

Perfect! So I ordered my MacBook Pro 16" in excellent condition and it did not disappoint. There are no signs of any use on the keyboard, and no scratches or marks anywhere after a thorough look round! After checking the battery health it is sitting at 97% battery health, which considering it is a 3/4 year old laptop is incredible. In conclusion I'm very happy with my product and can confidently say I would happily buy from this retailer again!

The MacBook Pro was bought in Excellent condition. Every single aspect is in Excellent condition except one single deep dent on the body which is visible at more than 20cm. Ideally, I would have liked to know and make a decision. Strictly speaking, it does not meet the standard for Excellent listed on the site and that make a difference of a £100+ for such an item.
