    First purchase on Backmarket and a substantial one at that, MacBook Pro M1 Max 64GB 10/32 Cores 4TB, ordered in perfect condition, received in perfect condition, no scratches, screen like new, keyboard too, I didn't take the new battery option (+€700 anyway) in the end the battery is at 100% and most importantly, as the % can be reset, the number of cycles was 2 so it's as good as new. It arrived in its original box with a free charger, the original plastics and protections, a cardboard box around the Apple box with padding on each side. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was eligible for Apple Care+, although I had seen that this was not the case for refurbished devices. Arrived in less than 20 hours! Ordered at 4pm on a Monday and delivered before 1pm on Tuesday, even though it left from Amsterdam and I live in the south of France. Satisfied with Backmarket and especially Electronics Trading B.V.

    After a successful first order via BackMarkert for an iPhone 13 mini, I took the plunge with the reconditioner MacBizz for a Mac book with some apprehension in view of the amount involved. Delivery arrived 4 days ahead of schedule, which was great! Apart from my astonishment at the protection inside the parcel. No protection on top of the Mac, only a system with a plastic and cardboard that prevents it from moving around in the package and cardboard protection on the sides after I have no complaint it did the job but surprising considering the price of a Macbook ... The Mac is like new, no scratches, clean like new! The battery is 100% and inside it looks perfect too, so let's see how it goes in a while! The only complaint is the charger, which isn't as nice - it's scratched on all sides and the power cables are stained. After all, it's an accessory, so it doesn't bother me any less ;) I highly recommend the refurbisher MacBizz really top!

    Hello I received my MacBook Pro in perfect condition, but I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but there's a problem with the power supply! I didn't receive the original power supply but a power supply that plugs into the USB-C port, but for my DJ work I need all 3 USB-C ports and because of the power supply there are only two left !!!! Can you please send me the original power cable? At this price it makes sense! Thank you for your quick feedback BàV
