    Getting a refurbished MacBook M3 was a really great process with Back Market. I needed a laptop for my freelance business and getting a refurbished one is a great way to start to minimise your starting costs. It arrived in amazing condition. The device looked practically brand new. Well it did after I wiped it it down and gave it a clean. I got the second grade one due to availability but I was not disappointed. The Apple box it came it was a bit dinged up but not a problem. The money saved has really made a difference and would recommend the service to anyone.

    Ordered a MacBook Pro. Was sent the wrong device. Returned the incorrect device after being reassured by your customer service team that I would receive the actual MacBook I ordered. I was then told that the correct MacBook had been posted to me. The next thing I know, I’m told I’m getting a refund. I never requested a refund. I wanted to the MacBook I had actually ordered. Very disappointing. Poor communication and no accountability. Will never order from BackMarket again.
