The laptop is in excellent condition. Basically brand new. Only 4 cycles. No scratches or any type of damage. Very happy with the purchase considering the discounted price. Hope it will last for years to come. Thank you.

Using backmarket was easy! I wish when you pay £10 for shipping it comes in 24 hours, my order wasn't marked as shipped until 6pm on the wednesday when I ordered it at 11am on the tuesday. I also had to run in the street and ask the DPD driver why her marked my parcel as not delivered and he showed me the address he had was 31 and my address is 39, someone has made an admin error because even on my end everything says 39, even on my paper invoice inside the parcel. Very annoying. BUT the laptop is 100% in excellent condition, came in the box and with a charger. I would 100% use Backmarket in the future and I'm really happy I didnt end up just buying a new macbook.

Amazing quality, as mentioned the exterior had a few TINY scratches, barely noticeable and frankly idc, laptop works great, battery amazing I probably charge it every 4 days tho I haven't used it for demanding tasks yet

Bought this Mac Book Pro for my son for his Uni project. The delivery was quick, the device was great however when it came to charging it my son was more than a bit disappointed. At £1500 it was not cheap so to have a defective charging cable was not great. Fair play to customer services, they were quick to respond and react. The first option to have it replaced didn't plan out so I was credited £30 to buy a new one.
